Bedford's Car 2043 and Engine 109 with a full crew of firefighters responded to Railroad Ave in Bedford Hills today for a working fire. Command requested that the Engine 109 Company crew stretch an additional line from BHFD's Engine 198 to the interior D side of the building. Once the fire was declared under control, our members assisted with overhaul. Look carefully: seen in one of the photos is Car 2043, BFD Asst. Chief Meineck, handing the two salvaged Torahs over to the Chabad Rabbi.
