Halloween Parade Cancelled Today

Due to weather and road conditions, the Halloween Parade will be cancelled for today. We remind you to please take care when driving on the roads, as there is still ice, snow, trees and wires down. We also ask that you be careful if you and your family trick or treat this evening, and remember to wear something reflective and use flashlights.
