Bedford Village Fire District recently added some new upgrades to our technology platform. One of these upgrades are a system called Responder. This is a App based system that allows real time tracking of Volunteers responding to calls. This application allows Chief Officers and other members to know how many members are responding and where they will be going. We hope with this system we will be able to get apparatus quicker and with the best staffing levels.
